    Christmas Bus Operations 2017/2018

    Buses will run to revised timetables over the Christmas and New Year week. Please see our Bus Operations chart for a full service list between Christmas Eve and New Year’s Day. Please zoom in and out to make this readable.

    Most bus services will operate as follows:

    Wednesday 23 to Friday 22 December 2017

    Normal non-schoolday service. Carousel Buses will be running their Saturday timetables on routes 1, 730, 740 and A40; and revised weekday timetables on their 40 and X80 services. Details can be found on the Carousel website

    Saturday 23 December 2017

    Normal Saturday service

    Christmas Eve – Sunday 24 December 2017

    Normal Sunday service. Early finish on some services please see the operations chart for last buses.

    Christmas Day – Monday 25 December 2017

    No service

    Boxing Day – Tuesday 26 December 2017

    No service, except on Star Travel’s  3, 5, 5A, Arriva’s 280/X80 and Metroline’s 331 services. See the operations chart for details.

    Wednesday 27, Thursday 28 and Friday 29 December 2017

    Most bus services will run their Saturday timetables on these days. Those buses without a Saturday service will operate their normal weekday timetables. However, operations will vary so please check your service on the operations chart.

    Saturday 30 December 2017

    Normal Saturday service.

    New Year’s Eve – Sunday 31 December 2017

    Normal Sunday service. Early finish on some services please see the operations chart for last buses.

    New Year’s Day – Monday 1 January 2018

    No service, except on Arriva’s 280/X8, Metroline’s 331 and Red Rose Travel’s 501 who will all be running their Sunday timetables.

    Tuesday 2 and Wednesday 3 January 2018

    Normal non-schoolday service. Carousel Buses will be running their Saturday timetables on routes 1, 730, 740 and A40; and revised weekday timetables on their 40 and X80 services. Details can be found on the Carousel website
